TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on eligibility, mechanisms on how to enter, and the prize/s form part of these Terms and Conditions. An Entrant’s participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Title: Tackle Tactics Win A Boat Promotion.
3. Promoter Details: Tackle Tactics Pty Ltd, ABN 66 116 207 937, 4/54 Kremzow Road, Brendale, Queensland 4500 Australia is the promoter of this promotion (“Promoter”).
4. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 22 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 11 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Permit Number: The Promotion is authorized under NSW Authority No. TP/05166, NSW Notification No. NTP/17297; ACT Permit No. ACT TP 26/01475; SA Permit No. T26/1134.
6. Eligibility: Entry is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (“Entrants”). Proof of age and residency may be required. Employees, immediate family members of employees, Tackle Tactics Dealers (including employees of the Tackle Tactics Dealers), suppliers, associated companies and agencies related to Tackle Tactics are not eligible to enter the Promotion. “Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment. “Immediate family member” means spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, brother or sister. A Tackle Tactics Dealer is any reseller of Tackle Tactics products (each a “Retailer”). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is eligible to enter and win the Prize/s in its absolute discretion.
7. How to Enter: To enter the promotion and be eligible to win the Prize/s, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Spend, in a single transaction, a combined minimum of AUD$20.00 on products from any Approved Brands (“Approved Brands” include TT Fishing, Zman, Platypus, Pro-Cure, Mepps and Pelagic Australia) at any Retailer within Australia during the Promotional Period and not return or cancel such transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”).
b. Scan the in-store promotional QR code or visit https://www.tackletactics.com.au/pages/win-a-boat and follow the prompts to the promotion entry form.
c. Complete the entry form by inputting the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, valid phone number and state of residence) and upload a clear photo of their purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show retail store name, date of purchase and product information (name or code) with price paid for each product, for the Qualifying Transaction.
d. Agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm they otherwise comply with all eligibility requirements.
e. Submit the fully completed entry form online within the Promotional Period. Upon submitting an entry, the entrant will see a confirmation message on screen, confirming their entry has been successful.
f. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide the required information. Failure to complete all required fields on the entry form and/or upload a clear receipt with the required information will result in invalidation of all of an Entrant’s entries relating to that Qualifying Transaction and forfeiture of any right to a Prize relating to that Qualifying Transaction.
g. Entries which contain errors or are incomplete or indecipherable, in whole or in part, will be deemed invalid.
h. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
i. Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and produce this within seven (7) days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a Prize.
8. Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted, provided that separate Qualifying Transactions (and associated receipts) must be submitted separately. Duplicate entries using the same receipt is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by the Entrant invalid.
9. Verification of Entrants: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s name, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Draw: This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner and all eligible Entrants have an equal chance of winning. There will be a total of 17 draws conducted for this promotion, consisting of 16 weekly prize draws (each a “Weekly Draw”) and 1 major prize draw (“Major Draw”). Each draw will take place at 4/54 Kremzow Road, Brendale, Queensland 4509, Australia via random number generator.
a. Weekly Draw: All valid entries collected during each week of the Promotional Period will go into the draw for a Weekly Prize. Only valid entries collected during the week (each 7-day period) will go into the Weekly Draw, entries will not carry over into subsequent weeks. Entries into each Weekly Draw will take place on the dates and times indicated in the table below:

b. Major Draw: All valid entries collected during the Promotional Period will go into the Major Draw. The Major Draw will take place at 10:00AM AEST on 15 December 2026. An independent scrutineer will be present at the Major Draw in order to record the result for record-keeping purposes.
c. The first valid eligible Entrant randomly drawn for each draw (and who confirms acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will win the corresponding Prize (Winner).
d. The Promoter’s decision regarding Weekly Draws and the Major Draw, and in relation to all other aspects of this promotion, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prize/s: Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for or taken as cash.
a. Weekly Prizes: The first valid entry drawn from each Weekly Draw will win a Fishing Lure Prize Pack with a total value of AUD$1,000 at Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”). The contents of the pack will be chosen by the Promoter using products from the Promoter’s product catalogue. There will be 16 Weekly Draws throughout the Promotional Period, as per clause 10(a), resulting in a total of 16 Weekly Prizes. The Weekly Prize will be sent by courier to one (1) Australian address provided by the Winner within seven (7) days of the Winner claiming the Prize.
b. Major Prize: The first valid entry drawn from the Major Draw will win a Bar Crusher boat package valued at AUD$93,641.80 RRP. The Major Prize consists of the following:
i. Bar Crusher 535XS Gen2 Centre Console.
ii. Bar Crusher 535 Single Axle Steel Trailer 13” Cable Brakes 1400GTM.
iii. Suzuki 115HP engine (DF115BTX 25” Shaft).
iv. Minn Kota RT Terranova Quest 60” White – 90/115 24/36 (manual deploy).
v. Raymarine Axiom +12 with RV100 3D 600W Transducer.
vi. Icey Tek 75L split lid esky with cushion.
vii. 12 months boat and trailer registration.
viii. AUD$5,000 RRP worth of fishing tackle chosen by the Promoter from the Promoter’s product catalogue.
c. The Winner of the Major Prize is responsible for organising any necessary licenses or permits required to use the prize. The Major Prize must be collected by the winner from their nearest Australian Capital City at a location 25km within the Capital City centre agreed upon with the Promoter. The Winner is responsible for transporting the Major Prize after collection. The Promoter will deliver the Major Prize to the collection location within twenty-eight (28) days from the day the Winner claims the Prize, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Winner.
d. To be eligible to claim the Major Prize, the winning Entrant must be capable of obtaining the necessary boating & trailer registration for the Major Prize in its name, in accordance with the applicable State or Territory legislation. If the winning Entrant is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the Major Prize in their own name, then the winning Entrant may assign the Major Prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangement between the winning Entrant and the assignee.
e. Entrants are responsible for all expenses incurred when accessing, claiming and/or using the Prize (unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions).
f. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
g. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. All Prize value is the Manufacturer’s RRP and is correct at the time of printing.
h. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) to a Prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
i. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the Prize.
12. Other Costs: No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. There is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
13. Notification of Winning Entrant/s: All Prize Winners will be notified by email and telephone (to the contact details provided in the entry form) within three (3) days of the relevant draw. The winning Entrant/s will be instructed to confirm their eligibility and ability to claim the Prize. The Promoter will not request payment details from the winning Entrant to claim a Prize. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to notify the winning Entrant/s.
14. Redemption Period for Winning Entrant/s: The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact prize winners, as set out in clause 13. In the event the Winner of the Draw cannot be contacted, the Promoter will retain the Prize for thirty (30) days from the date of the Draw. If the Prize is not claimed within this time or the Winner refuses to comply with any of the Promoter’s conditions on the award of the Prize, all rights to the Prize are forfeited by the winning Entrant and neither cash nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu of that Prize.
15. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If any Prize remains unclaimed by the end of the redemption period, as set out in clause 14, a second draw will take place (the “Re-draw”). The Promoter will Re-draw another winner for any unclaimed Prize at 4/54 Kremzow Road, Brendale, Queensland 4509, Australia via random number generator. Weekly Draw prizes that are unclaimed will be Re-drawn the next business day following the end of the redemption period. The Major Draw prize, if unclaimed, will be Re-drawn at 10:00am on 15 January 2027. Any Re-draw will be conducted in the same manner as the original Prize Draw, subject to any directions from any competent regulatory authority.
16. Notification of Re-Draw Winning Entrant/s: All Re-draw Prize Winners will be notified by email and telephone (to the contact details provided in the entry form) within three (3) days of the relevant draw. The Re-draw winning Entrant/s will be instructed to confirm their eligibility and ability to claim the Prize. The Promoter will not request payment details from the Re-draw winning Entrant to claim a Prize. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to notify the Re-draw winning Entrant/s.
17. Redemption Period for Re-Draw Winning Entrant/s: The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact Re-draw prize winners, as set out in clause 16. In the event the Winner of the Re-draw cannot be contacted, the Promoter will retain the Prize for thirty (30) days from the date of the Re-draw. If the Prize is not claimed within this time or the Re-Draw Winner refuses to comply with any of the Promoter’s conditions on the award of the Prize, all rights to the Prize are forfeited by the winning Entrant and neither cash nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu of that Prize.
18. Invalid entries: An entry will be deemed or found to be invalid if the entry is incomplete, the entry details submitted are incorrect and/or if the Promoter forms the view that the entry contains stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered information. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited any may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. In the event that an entry is deemed or found to be invalid, the Promoter will conduct a Re-draw.
19. Publicity: The last name, first initial and postcode of all winning Entrant/s and Re-draw winning Entrant/s will be published within seven (7) days of the relevant draw on the Promoters website (https://www.tackletactics.com.au) and social media pages. By entering the Promotion, the winning Entrant/s and Re-draw winning Entrant/s consent to the publication of such information.
20. Cancellation Clause: If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
21. Non-Excludable Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
22. Consequential Loss: Despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable under these Terms and Conditions for any consequential loss including but not limited to consequential loss, indirect loss, loss of profit (including anticipated profit), loss of benefit (including anticipated benefit), loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings (including anticipated savings), loss of reputation, loss of use (including both real and anticipatory) and/ or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.
23. Liability: Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees) and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, related entities, employees and agents) will not be liable to an Entrant for, and the Entrant indemnifies, waives and releases the Promoter in respect of all liability (including but not limited to all expenses, costs, damages, claims, losses) arising in any way out of or in connection with:
a. any act or omission of the Entrant;
b. any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Entrant;
c. any Force Majeure;
d. a matter arising out of clause 25;
e. any personal injury or loss;
f. claiming the Prize;
g. use of the Prize in any way;
h. any theft of any Prize or unauthorised access or third party interference in the Promotion;
i. any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, delayed or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
j. any tax liability incurred by a winning Entrant.
24. Force Majeure: If performance of the Promotion, provision or use of the Prize (or any part of it), or any obligation under these Terms and Conditions is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by a Force Majeure Event, and if as a result the Promoter is unable to carry out its obligations or to provide the Entrant with the Prize (or any part of it), the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions made under any applicable State or Territory regulation, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or, if necessary, provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as the original Prize. The Promoter will give public notice of such an event and that the Promotion has been cancelled, terminated, modified or suspended. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control includes, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders of acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, strikes, lock-outs and work stoppages, terrorism, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to avoid or minimise any Force Majeure. An act or omission will be deemed within the reasonable control of a party if committed, omitted, or caused by such party, or its employees, officers, agents, or affiliates.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any late, lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
26. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, or the Retailers will be open or all products from Approved Brands will be available at all times during the Promotion.
27. To the maximum extent permitted by law, as a condition precedent to accepting the Prize, a winning Entrant must sign any legal documentation as, and in the form, reasonably required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
28. Online entries and dispute: In the event that a dispute arises as to the identity of an online Entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address. The authorised account holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email. The promoter may ask any Entrant to provide proof that such party is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
29. Disputes: If any dispute arises between the entrant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the entrant's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence the entrant puts forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.
30. Personal information: The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for other purposes as set out in the entry form or page for the Promotion and may, for this purpose, collect, use and disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries including the personal information in them becomes the property of the Promoter. The collection of personal information in relation to the Promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.tackletactics.com.au/pages/privacy-policy-collection-notice).
31. Linked Sites: The platform for the Promotion may contain links to other websites (Linked Sites). The Promoter does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites. Any Linked Sites displayed on the platform are for the Entrants’ convenience only and the Entrant agrees to access, use and otherwise deal with Linked Sites at their own risk.
32. Social Media: The Promoter may communicate or advertise this Promotion via social media platforms (Platforms) including, without limitation, Facebook and Instagram. However, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with these Platforms. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the Platforms. Each entrant completely releases the Platforms from any and all liability.
33. Governing Law: The entrant will be subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdictional authority where the entrant ordinarily resides.
34. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Promoter and any Entrant and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the Promoter and any Entrant, whether oral or in writing.
35. Representations: The Promoter excludes all, warranties, guarantees or representations (whether express or implied) except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
36. General: Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these terms or in any advertisement relating to the Promotion, to Australian dollars, dollars, AUD$ or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
